Illness & Vaccinations *

Due to the intimate nature of ensemble acting the TheatreLab requests that students consider their health and the health of their fellow actors as the highest priority. We recommend seasonal Flu and Covid 19 vaccinations. We also request that students notify the Director & remain at home should they show any cold or flu symptoms. Missed classes can be made-up during the registered term.

I agree to consider annual Covid 19 + Flu Vaccinations, and stay home if I am showing flu/cold symptoms.

Hold Harmless + Terms Agreement / Electronic Signature *

-- I agree to hold harmless The Bennett TheatreLab & Conservatory, Philip G. Bennett and its staff, officers, agents, employees and owners of the rented/leased property against any and all injuries, costs, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys fees), which I might suffer from participation in any class, session, lecture, production, of whatever kind of character and without limitation. -- Due to the intimate nature of ensemble acting the TheatreLab I will consider the health of my fellow actors as the highest priority by looking into annual vaccinations for Covid 19 and Cold & Flu. I will notify the Director of any cold and flu like symptoms I may come down with, and stay home if I am feeling ill and/or until my symptoms subside. -- By signing this contractual agreement, I understand I am waiving any claims, liens, demands or causes of action which I may now, or in the future, possess against The Historic Y, Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre Company, Bennett TheatreLab and Philip G. Bennett arising out of or in any way related to my (or my child’s) participation in any class or production. -- I understand that all payments are final and cannot be refunded. Paid in full by date above. -- I agree to arrive promptly to classes and rehearsals and to notify the Instructor/director well in advance (if possible) should I need to arrive late or miss classes/rehearsals. -- I understand that my regular attendance in class is to my benefit and those of my fellow classmates, and agree to arrive to classes promptly, and to notify the Director at least 24 hours in advance should I have conflicting work schedules, and at least 1 hour in advance in urgent situations. -- I understand that my regular attendance in classes reflects my personal commitment to myself and others. Missed classes cannot be “made-up” in subsequent terms. -- I understand that to appear in Performances my tuition must be paid in full and my work ready to show. -- I recognize that artistic work at the TheatreLab may require scheduling of additional classes, rehearsals and performances on weekends and holidays and that I will honor such schedules. -- I understand that I can be dismissed from classes for unethical behavior as determined by the Director, and that the Lab has a zero tolerance for any forms of harassment, sexual or otherwise.
